In the past three years, Leanne has consulted extensively for a major East Coast based organization. Her role was to take their classroom based instruction training and develop it into a blended online gamified program. This was mandatory training for managers and supervisors. There have been over 100 managers go through the program as well as 225 supervisors. The manager program is a year long course and the supervisor program consists of three parts that are administered over the course of two years.
