Summer is Here

Europe was wonderful! We spent 3 weeks travelling throughout England, France and Scotland.

As soon as we were home it was back to work. I am so glad to be back to facilitating in the workplace. No matter what the topic it seems that it all comes down to communication.

Although I do believe that working remotely is great for some, it does make communication more difficult. Please let me know if you would like me to visit your organization to talk about ways to make it easier to talk!
